Differentiation of organic and particular residues

Cleaning of component surfaces can be performed in different ways. In many cases, the factory standards specifiy the cleaning procedure in terms of the extraction method. RIO Cleanalytic Services offers the following extraction methods:

• Low pressure cleaning
  
• Intermediate pressure cleaning (circular jet spray or hollow cone die, others on request)
• Ultrasonic cleaning (various frequencies and powers)

Differentiaton of inner and outer surfaces or permable and impermable areas (e.g. Automotive) is possible if mandatory for.
